State police were searching for whoever threw rocks at cars on I-190 near Niagara Street Sunday evening, injuring one driver who was cut in the face by flying glass.
Fourteen vehicles, including a U.S. Border Patrol vehicle, were struck.
State Police officials reported dozens of rocks ranging in size from one to 12 inches in diameter were found all over the state roadway near the Niagara Street exit Sunday. U.S. Border Patrol agents have entered the investigation as well because of the damage to one of their own vehicles.
With no arrests made as of late Monday afternoon State Police officials are asking anyone with information to contact the State Police Buffalo Bureau of Criminal Investigation office at 935-6528.
