The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District on Monday will test its new internal messaging system for parents, faculty and staff.

The system, called Shoutpoint, will allow the district to communicate important information about emergency events, school closings, weather and lock downs via phone/voicemail, text, email and the online Parent Portal.

Parents are encouraged to update their Parent Portal settings. Directions can be found on the district’s homepage at www.kenton.k12.ny.us. To create a Parent Portal account, email icportal@kenton.k12.ny.us.

Address changes must be made in person at the administration building at 1500 Colvin Boulevard. For questions on how to make a change of address call 871-2090.
