Three anthropologists who completed the Erie County Poorhouse Cemetery Project — an excavation of skeletal remains in 2012 on what is now part of the University at Buffalo’s Main Street Campus — will speak from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Museum of disABILITY History, 3826 Main St., Snyder.

Douglas Perrelli, Ph.D.; Joyce E. Sirianni, Ph.D.; and Rosanne Higgins, Ph.D. of the University at Buffalo Department of Anthropology will discuss the story behind the project and share their archeological discoveries, archival research and thoughts on skeletal analysis.
