The state Department of Transportation and the Federal Railroad Administration will discuss plans for high-speed railroad service on the Empire Corridor between Niagara Falls and New York City during a public hearing at 6 p.m. today in the Buffalo Transportation Pierce-Arrow Museum, 263 Michigan Ave. Methods of providing faster service will be presented.
