A 39-year-old woman listed as the owner of a house at 2018 Brant Road in North Collins was arrested on drug charges along with four teenagers about 9 p.m. Sunday.
Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard said the home of Laura A. Fiegel was raided because of “multiple citizen complaints of teenagers using illegal drugs” there.
Fiegel and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance for cannabis found in the house. Fiegel and the 17-year-old were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance for pills found in the house and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Fiegel was also charged with criminal nuisance for unlawful conduct in her house and child endangering because two of the teens were 16-years-old.
The 17-year-old boy was also charged with criminal possession of marijuana. The two 16-year-olds and another 17-year-old boy were all charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
