A North Collins couple was arrested late Friday morning in a cocaine-trafficking investigation by the Narcotics Unit of the Erie County Sheriff’s Office and Gowanda police.
Kevin and Alice Price, both 58, were arrested in their Shirley Road home about 10:40 a.m. under a search warrant issued by State Supreme Court Justice Timothy J. Drury.
Kevin Price is being held on two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Alice Price was charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and was issued an appearance ticket for North Collins Court proceedings next week.
Senior Detective Alan Rozansky, head of the sheriff’s drug unit, said about two ounces of cocaine were seized in the raid.
