EAST OTTO – Griffis Sculpture Park hosts its first summer festival and “celebration of creativity” with music by John & Mary and the Valkyries, a drum circle, crafts, poetry and a scavenger hunt from noon to 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

The festival on the top of the hill at the Mill Valley site of the 400-acre park will feature tours and artists in the midst of making art. Recent repairs to an access road have allowed this to be the first time the hilltop stage has been used for a large gathering in 15 years. The festival run by the Ashford Hollow Foundation and Essex Street Arts Center.
