Three men and a woman were charged with felony burglary counts and harassment for allegedly threatening a West Lane homeowner they did not expect to find at home when they allegedly kicked in his front door late Thursday morning.
Charges of second-degree burglary and harassment have been filed against Diymend Bartell, 18, of Berry Place; Jalon Posey, 23, of West Lane; Sir Raven Rodgers,18, of North Lane; and Darryl X. Patterson Lowe, 27, of Minnesota Avenue.
The Riverside homeowner told police he had been sleeping when he heard the intruders kicking in the door of his house. He said they threatened him and demanded he tell police he knew them. He claims he knew none of the suspects.
