Niagara Falls police arrested Monday morning a suspect wanted in connection with shootings of three members of the same family over the weekend.
Rayquan Maurice Graham, 20, of Elmwood Avenue was located on Willow Avenue in Niagara Falls and taken into custody by the U.S. Marshal’s Violent Felony Task Force.
Graham is accused of shooting a 50-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old man on Saturday.
All three suffered leg wounds from a handgun and were later treated and released from a local hospital.
Graham was charged with first-degree assault and first-degree criminal use of a firearm, both Class B felony charges; second-degree criminal possession of weapon second degree, a Class C felony, and first- degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony.
In addition to those charges, Graham also was wanted on five outstanding failure to appear warrants and was charged with three counts of bail jumping.
Also arrested in the case was Kristi Marie Kargatis, 26, of the same Willow Avenue address as Graham. Kargatis was charged with second-degree hindering prosecution, a Class E felony, for hiding Graham in her home.
