Erie County sheriff’s deputies arrested two drivers early Friday morning.
At about 1:20 a.m., a deputy on patrol on Sheridan Drive in the Town of Clarence observed a vehicle travel at more than 100 mph. David S. Majetic, 25, was charged with reckless driving, imprudent speed and speeding.
At about 1:40 a.m., a vehicle driven by Robert Schosek, 33, was stopped for speeding and failing to maintain lane on Route 219 in the Town of Concord. Upon further investigation, Schosek was charged with driving while intoxicated. It was the 125th DWI arrest by Erie County Sheriff’s Office road patrols this year.
