NIAGARA FALLS –A victim who came out of her apartment to investigate a fight at the Alamar Apartments on Porter Road said she was injured after her head slammed against a brick wall at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Danielle E. Cray, 20, of the apartment building was charged with third-degree assault.

The victim said she came out of her apartment to see what was going on and Cray advanced on her and pushed the door, causing her to slam her head into the brick wall and cut the back of her head.

Another woman who was allegedly involved in the fight, Myah B. Denison, 19, of Niagara Avenue, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal trespass.

She had allegedly gone into the apartment without permission and then began fighting, pushing another woman into a living room window, causing cuts and scratches to the victim’s arm and face.

One woman was treated for injuries at the scene, and was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for treatment of her cuts.
