NIAGARA FALLS – A woman told Niagara Falls police that a man fired two rounds of ammunition at her house in the 400 block of 21st Street as her 17-year old son sat on the front porch on Sunday.
The woman said a silver Camry drove slowly around the block at 10 a.m. and the occupants stared at them as they drove by. The car then parked at Niagara and 21st streets and the passenger got out tightened the strings around his hoodie so his face couldn’t be seen and then shot two rounds towards the house. No injuries were reported.
The woman said she yelled at the occupants of the car saying, “You’re going to shoot at my son in broad daylight” to which the shooter responded saying that the son had shot at him in broad daylight.
Police said the victim was uncooperative and there was no description of the passenger, the suspected shooter.
Police found shell casings that were determined to be .25 caliber.
