LOCKPORT – Niagara County sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle for passing a red light after the driver went through a light at the Lockport Bypass and Robinson Road, and the deputies found drugs, cash and drug paraphernalia at 4:33 p.m. Sunday.
Patricia M. Davis, 24, of East Lake Road, Burt, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle after police found a tin with prescription pills and hypodermic needles under her seat. She was additionally charged with driving without a license and passing a red light.
She was arraigned in Town of Lockport Court, held on $500 bail and detained in Niagara County Jail for a violation of probation warrant issued in Niagara Falls. A return court date was set for next Thursday.
Her passenger, Ralph X. Gillon, 44, of Main Street, Niagara Falls, was found carrying marijuana in a trusers pocket, a rolled up bag in his sock with several baggies of heroin; and $1,390 cash and a variety of prescription pills in another pocket. He was charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell it and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail on $25,000 bail. A return court date was set for Thursday.
