A Niagara Falls man was charged with sexual abuse involving a child in Wheatfield following an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies;
Joseph W. Lange, 62, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in the Town of Wheatfield and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, and second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
He was arraigned in Cambria Town Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail on bail of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. A return court date was set for Tuesday in Wheatfield Town Court.
