NIAGARA FALLS – A 45-year-old Chinese food delivery man said he was jumped and robbed at gunpoint by five men at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday as he made a delivery in the 700 block of Townsend Place.

The driver, who spoke to police through a translator, said he was called to the address twice. The first time the resident said they never ordered any food, but then was called back by a man asking where his food was. When the driver returned he saw four to five men on the porch who ran out and attacked him. He said at least two of the men had guns and one held a gun to the side of his head demanding money.

The victim said he was hit in the head with a gun and the suspects grabbed about $27 worth of food and $100 cash. The victim was able to run back to the restaurant in the 700 block of Portage Road, leaving his car locked up at the scene.
