ALBION – A 20-year-old Brockport woman and a 32-year-old Rochester man who was on parole for earlier drug-related incidents in the Rochester area were arrested by the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force and the Albion police Sunday in connection with a month-long investigation of the sale and distribution of crack cocaine in Albion and Medina. A car driven by the suspects was stopped on McKinstry Street in Albion and Timothy J. Turner and Brigitte N. Lutsch were taken into custody.
Turner of Mount Read Blvd., Rochester, was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third-degree and five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Lutsch of Katherine Way, Brockport, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
