The fruits of Orchard Park High School’s award-winning production of “Les Miserables” will be presented this week.
Theater students were recognized last weekend at the 21st annual Kenny Awards at Shea’s Performing Arts Center in Buffalo. Presented by Shea’s and the Lipke Foundation, the awards recognize the talent, dedication and efforts of local high school youth.
Students will receive their awards at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the high school auditorium, off Freeman Road. The school’s theater department will receive a $5,000 grant from the Lipke Foundation.
Orchard Park’s production won in five of the 15 categories.
