An Orchard Park man is facing a minimum of 13 charges after a series of car burglaries and thefts.
Jeffrey E. Ciesla, 22, faces six felonies, four misdemeanors and charges of criminal trespass, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminally possessing a hypodermic needle. Orchard Park police launched a probe June 2, when a truck was found burning in a field on Southwestern Boulevard. Police said the car had been stolen June 1 from Accent Stripe paving and asphalt on North Benzing Road.
Police also said two more vehicles were stolen from the same business. Last week, a raid at Ciesla’s home on Iroquois Drive found items stolen from the cars, as well as marijuana, police said.
