DOUBLE THE FUN – Laughs galore are in store as the Evans Township Lions Club holds its fourth annual Comedy Night at 7 Saturday in Most Precious Blood Church school hall, 22 Prospect St., Angola.

Holding forth will be Dan Viola, who has performed with Jon Stewart, Rob Schneider and Sam Kinison; and Nick Siracuse, who has written for “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “The Arsenio Hall Show” and HBO comedy specials.

BRING YOUR CAMERA – New York State’s Path Through History travels through Blessed Trinity Church, 317 Leroy Ave., from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, when docents will provide insights into the building’s Romanesque Revival architecture and the more than 2,000 symbols of Christian beliefs in ceramic tiles, paintings and sculpture. SING OUT – The Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of Western New York will benefit from Summer in the City, a musical afternoon Sunday in Buffalo Iron Works, 49 Illinois St. Providing music from 3 to 7 will be the local band Hotel Bravo and contestants in what organizers are calling “Buffalo’s first lip sync contest.”
