GOING UP – The Snowmobile Hill Climb Racing Association returns to Kissing Bridge in Glenwood for its last race session of the season Friday night. Snowmobilers of all ages and abilities are invited to compete in amateur and pro divisions.

TIME OF NEED – South Buffalo native Lisa Rodriguez-Morris has beaten breast cancer twice, but now she’s been stricken again. To help offset her medical expenses, Breast Friends of South Buffalo are holding a benefit from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the Lake Erie Italian Club, 3200 South Park Ave., Lackawanna.

LOOKING BACK – A special Women’s History Month program will be featured at the next dinner meeting of the Niagara Frontier Chapter, New York State Women, next Tuesday evening in Pane’s Restaurant, 984 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda.

Guest speaker will be Bette Boeckel, historian of the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo, founded in 1894 and one of the oldest private women’s clubs in the nation. CUTE AND CUDDLY – Need a new furry friend? Find one at the Rescue Adoption Event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday in Canine and Co., 5952 Transit Road, Depew. A variety of rescue groups will be participating.
