Festivities

We just had

Ghosts and goblins,

Then we’ve gotten

Turkeys and Pilgrims.

Next will be

Santa and his elves.

How nice that we humans

Are not alone,

Celebrating our holidays.

It’s in the best of ways

To indulge our fantasies

By inviting these creatures

Into our home

To bring mirth

To all of us on Earth.
