NIAGARA FALLS – Praxair is planning a $22 million project at its Falls plant that would allow it to produce more liquid hydrogen.

Approximately $10 million of those costs would be for the purchase of new equipment, company representatives told the city Planning Board on Wednesday night.

The plans, which would need formal approval from the Planning Board, would result in six to eight new jobs being created, company officials said. The board is expected to review the plans at its May 14 meeting.
