LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man, who was living in Niagara Falls at the time of his arrest in a drug raid, pleaded not guilty to a two-count indictment Friday in Niagara County Court.

Anthony J. Pettitt, 21, of Schenck Street, is charged with fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly had 1.55 grams of cocaine and some oxymorphone painkiller pills on Nov. 26, when the Niagara Falls police raided the house on 24th Street in which Pettitt was then living.
