LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man and woman were charged with making two crack cocaine sales in an indictment unsealed Friday in Niagara County Court.
Christopher Means, 38, and Louanne M. Cyrus, 32, both of 17th Street, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug deals with a police informant occurred May 13 and 20 in the Falls. County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas set bail at $5,000 for Means and $1,000 for Cyrus.
In another drug arraignment before Farkas Friday, Brian D. Harris, 25, of 12th Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with possessing a quarter ounce of crack cocaine and some hydrocodone and marijuana on Nov. 5.
Harris is charged with third-, fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He remains free on a $10,000 bail bond.
