NIAGARA FALLS – Popular gospel musicians from across Western New York will perform from 1 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the eighth annual Good News Gospel Festival and Health Fair, presented by Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Besides live music, there will be health screenings, healthy living information and a classic car show.
The scene will be the grounds of the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center (NACC), 1201 Pine Ave. at Portage Road. In case of rain, the music will move inside.
Featured entertainment will be provided by Rochester recording artist Joe James and the Voices of Clouds. Local acts on the bill will be the Shekinah Dancers and Zamar of Potter’s House, the Mount Erie Baptist Church Male Chorus, Christopher and Crystal Gandy, the Mount Sinai Baptist Church Gospel Choir and gospel rapper Xavier Change Mustcome.
Buffalo-area performers will include Anetta Williams, Lady Kathy Bowman, the Men of Praise Band, Truly Committed and others.
