Mashama Hill, 38, of Niagara Falls was ordered Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to serve a 48 month prison term on his conviction as a felony in possession of a firearm.

On Feb. 13, 2011 Hill became upset with other players at a Seneca Niagara Casino card table and allegedly threatened to leave and return with a gun. The incident was reported to staff security and when video surveillance filmed him returning to the casino that night in different clothing security officers confronted him and a loaded firearm was found in his clothing, authorities said.

Hill had been out of prison since 2010 after separate convictions since 1993 for robbery and for sexual abuse.
