LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls woman pleaded not guilty Thursday in State Supreme Court to a four-count indictment accusing her of making two Suboxone sales to a police informant.

Dallas J. Porter, 28, of 20th Street, is charged with two counts each of fourth-degree sale and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The sales allegedly occurred Jan. 30 and Feb. 3 in the Falls.

Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. ordered Porter held in lieu of $2,000 bail.
