LOCKPORT – Rayquan M. Graham, a Niagara Falls man charged with shooting three people in the legs May 17, was arraigned Friday in Niagara County Court on a separate drug indictment.

Graham, 21, of Elmwood Avenue, pleaded not guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Police allegedly found cocaine and marijuana in Graham’s car after stopping it Feb. 5, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said. Graham was out on bail on the drug charges when the shootings occurred.

He faces two counts of first-degree assault and one count of second-degree assault in the shootings of a 50-year-old woman and her sons, 19 and 21, outside a Falls gas station.
