LOCKPORT – Eddie Robinson of Niagara Falls was sentenced Monday to five years in prison and five years of post-release supervision for a March 19 home invasion in the Falls.

Two people were pistol-whipped in the break-in. Robinson, 21, of 17th Street, a second-time violent felon because of a 2010 weapons possession conviction, had pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to a reduced charge of attempted second-degree burglary.

At that time, Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III agreed to a five-year limit on the prison term he could impose.
