LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man who allegedly rang up a 0.35 percent blood alcohol content when Falls police pulled him over July 20 was arraigned Friday in Niagara County Court.
Gregory L. Hobler, 44, of Lindbergh Avenue, pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to signal a turn.
Deputy District Attorney Theodore A. Brenner said the breath test reading was nearly 4½ times the legal threshold for intoxication. However, County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas noted that the indictment read 0.33 percent. Brenner said he thought 0.35 was accurate.
