LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man accepted a plea offer Tuesday in Niagara County Court, admitting that he sold cocaine in the Falls two years ago.

Terrence A. Hardy. 29, of Whitney Avenue, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for the April 2, 2012, drug deal.

County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas promised to give Hardy no more than a year in the County Jail when he returns for sentencing June 3.
