BATAVIA – Insource Urgent Care officially opened its center Friday for non-emergency health treatment.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house were held in connection with the opening.

Mark Celman, president; Magdi Credit, a retired surgeon serving as medical director; and Melissa Marsocci, vice president for operations, officiated for the Genesee Country Mall’s newest tenant.

Insource has filed a federal anti-trust lawsuit against United Memorial Medical Center, alleging that the hospital has tried to steer its patients and health care insurers away from its new competitor.

United Memorial Medical Center, which has operated urgent care centers in Batavia and Le Roy for more than a year, had no comment on the lawsuit.
