LOCKPORT – One Lockport man pleaded guilty in a drug case Thursday in State Supreme Court, while another pleaded not guilty at a Niagara County Court arraignment.

Carmelo J. Fiorello, 35, of Maplewood Drive, admitted to a reduced charge of attempted fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was scheduled for sentencing May 1 by Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. Fiorello was charged with selling a mixture of hydrocodone and acetaminophen to a police informant in Lockport June 5 and 24.

John J. Davis, 33, of Lincoln Avenue, denied two counts each of third-degree sale and possession of crack cocaine. He is accused of selling the drug to an informant in the City of Lockport on June 11 and July 25, 2012.
