LOCKPORT – The Niagara County Health Department and Office for the Aging will hold two courses in June for people ages 60 and older who want to learn to better manage their chronic diseases and live a better lifestyle.
The six-session courses are free and meet once a week.
One course begins June 17 in Urban Park Towers, 77 Main St., Lockport, and will be held Tuesdays from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
The other will start June 27 in Pendleton Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., and will meet from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Fridays.
