LOCKPORT – Dustin T. Peace, 24, of Evans Street, Lockport, pleaded not guilty to a five-count indictment Friday in Niagara County Court.

Peace was arrested after a Nov. 23 traffic stop in Pendleton, where officers allegedly found cocaine, pills and a scale in the vehicle, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said.

Peace is charged with third-, fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving on the shoulder of the road and failure to keep right.
