LOCKPORT – Ashley I. Boyer, who was one of nine people arrested in a Lockport drug sweep in November, pleaded guilty Wednesday.

Boyer, 27, of Remick Parkway, admitted to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling crack cocaine to a police informant at a residence on High Street in Lockport Sept. 18, 2012.

Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III could send Boyer to prison for as long as four years when she returns to court May 14. Defense attorney David J. Mansour said he will ask Murphy to assign Boyer to the state prison system’s secure drug treatment facility.
