LOCKPORT – A man who stole $8,000 from the till while working at Kenyon’s Variety in Lockport in 2011 received his legal reward Friday for completing a judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment.

Ravi J. Falsetti, 30, of LaSalle Avenue, Niagara Falls, was allowed by Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas to reduce his felony charge of third-degree grand larceny to a misdemeanor petit larceny, with a probation sentence.

Falsetti still owes $8,000 in restitution.
