The Friends of Hull Family Home & Farmstead is hosting a new event: the Pig’n Pint pig roast and beer tasting.
It will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. July 16 at the home’s Bi-National Peace Garden at 5962 Genesee St. near Pavement Road – adjacent to the Hull Family Home & Farmstead historic site.
The event will help support the restoration and development of the historic site; the home, built in approximately 1810, is the oldest stone home in Erie County.
Tickets, which cost $50, can be purchased online, by phone or by contacting a Hull House Foundation board or development team member. Presale tickets are available by calling 741-7032 or visiting www.hullfamilyhome.org/.
