A motorist pulled over in the Town of Lancaster for an unsafe lane change was driving on a license that’s been suspended 25 times, State Police reported this morning.
It was about 11:35 p.m. Tuesday when a trooper spotted the car on Transit Road, State Police said.
Its driver, Time J. Thomas, 39, of Buffalo, was driving with 25 current suspensions and also was wanted by Cheektowaga Town Court on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation, State Police said.
Thomas was charged with a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation, related to having more than 10 suspensions, and other, unspecified traffic violations. He was issued tickets to appear in Lancaster Town Court, then was turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department to await arraignment on the other charge.
