JAMESTOWN – Two more Buffalo suspects, the third and fourth charged so far, have been indicted by a Chautauqua County grand jury on robbery, sex abuse and other charges in connection with a home invasion and shootout with Jamestown police July 1 on Falconer Street, the Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office reported today.

Levelle D. Jones and Jacon A. Hicks, both 26, were both remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2 million property bail or $1 million cash bail on their indictments.

Like Buffalo cousins Jaqwan and Maqwan Martin, both 23, indicted last week, the two new suspects are charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, aggravated sexual abuse, first-degree criminal sexual act, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and four counts of second-degree assault.

The incident began at about 3 a.m. July 1 when Jamestown police were called to Falconer Street for reports of a fight. An exchange of gunfire took place. Some of the suspects escaped and others were captured at the scene.
