Hilbert College and St. Bonaventure University will join with Erie Community College and Jamestown Community College in revamping their general education curricula, with the help of a $230,000 grant from the Teagle Foundation in New York City.

The goal is to develop a common set of learning outcomes and create a more coherent experience for all students, including those who transfer among the partner institutions, according to the Teagle Foundation.

The grant will be paid out over three years.
