Hamburg School Board members are to continue the hearing into misconduct charges against Board member Catherine Schrauth Forcucci at 6 p.m. today in the Armor Elementary School cafeteria, 5301 Abbott Road.
For the first time, the proceedings will be held in public.
The board moved the hearing to the larger room after State Supreme Court Justice Diane Y. Devlin ordered the hearing to be held in front of the public. The first three sessions were held behind closed and locked doors in the administration building.
It is expected Superintendent Richard Jetter will continue testifying tonight. He was the first witness for the district, and now is undergoing cross examination by Forcucci’s attorney.
