LOCKPORT – A Grand Island woman, whose blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent after a July 29 traffic stop in the Town of Niagara, pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated Monday in Niagara County Court.
Nancy L. Bailey, 49, of Bedell Road, is to be sentenced July 14 by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas. She accepted a prosecution recommendation to limit Bailey’s jail time to six months with probation to follow.
Police reported finding a mixed drink in the center console of the vehicle when Bailey was pulled over. She had a prior DUI conviction in Florida in 2009.
