A 32-year-old 15th Street man was arrested on weapons and theft of services charges after police found he had a knife as he was being taken out of a taxi early Tuesday after he refused to pay the driver for the cost of his ride.

Jaquan Williams was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and theft of services. Officers reported a knife Williams allegedly had on his lap fell to the pavement as they ordered him out of the taxi at about 4 a.m. in the 2700 block of Bailey Avenue.
