Uniland Development Co. won approval this week from the city’s Zoning Board of Appeals for its plans for a 12-story mixed-use tower at Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street.
The board had heard about the Uniland project in an earlier meeting, and did not ask any questions of company representatives on Wednesday. Some neighbors had expressed concerns about the project in earlier public meetings, but no one from the neighborhood attended on Wednesday.
Uniland also has approvals from the city’s planning and preservation boards.
The project, at 250 Delaware Ave., includes office space, a hotel, retail and parking.
