Hillview Elementary School will be the site of an all ages health fair on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Blood pressure screenings, hearing and cholesterol screenings, dental screenings, and health insurance advice will all be available.
“Some folks may not have health insurance and this fair gives them an opportunity to receive valuable screenings and get their questions answered,” said Assemblyman Dennis H. Gabryszak who invited the public to the event.
The American Red Cross will also hold a blood drive in conjunction with this event.
Vendors attending the event include: UB Pharmacy, Lancaster Boys and Girls Club, UB Team Smile, Simply Fit, Tobacco Cessation Center for Roswell Park, Erie CTY Mental Health Association, Alzheimer’s Association, Senior Services, Erie County Sheriff’s Office, NYS EPIC, NYPS Program, America’s Charities, Atwal Eye Care, Mobile Healthcare, UNYTS, Epilepsy Association of WNY, Mercy Flight, Planned Parenthood, Real Time Pain Relief, Susan G. Koman for the Cure, Volunteer Lawyers Project, Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve, Girl Scouts of America, American Red Cross and more.
