Buffalo-area lawyers will get lessons on how to spot a potential victim of human trafficking if they attend the next continuing legal education session at the Bar Association of Erie County’s office at 438 Main Street from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The session is being presented by the bar group’s Volunteer Lawyers Project Inc. and lawyers will get one Continuing Legal Education credit for attending the session. Speaking at the session about how lawyers can be aware of signs of human trafficking involving potential clients and victims will be Assistant U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross, Elisabeth Burn of the International Institute of Buffalo and Emma Buckthal of the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
