The University at Buffalo’s summer lineup of free activities on the North Campus, called “Warm Weather Wednesdays,” kicks off with UB Chalkfest from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

Participants will be able to create their own artwork with a bucket of chalk and a blank sidewalk in Putnam Way, near the Student Union. The event will be moved inside the Student Union if it rains.

Lawn games including horseshoes, bocce, KanJam, croquet and badminton will be held 1 to 4 p.m. on June 4.

Weekly events, which are free and open to the public, will continue on Wednesdays through Aug. 6. The events are sponsored by UBThisSummer.
