The Cheektowaga Community Symphony Orchestra is presenting its annual holiday concert this afternoon in Infant of Prague Church.

John Landis is conducting the concert, which begins at 3 p.m. The church is at 921 Cleveland Drive. The event also includes a Christmas carol sing-a-long.

There’s no admission fee, but free will donations will be accepted.

• Several events will be held today in the town ice rink, 2600 Harlem Road, as part of the continuing Winter Recreation Celebration. A cookie bake-off and chili cook-off are scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m., with a public skate from 2:45 to 5:30 p.m.; admission to the skating session is the donation of a canned good. A variety of activities for children will be held throughout the afternoon.

• The town board meets at 6:45 p.m. Monday in council chambers at town hall, 3301 Broadway.

• The Cheektowaga-Sloan School Board is holding a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Irma Czubaj Board Room at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, 166 Halstead Ave.

• A meeting of the Town Park Community Association begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Alexander Community Center, 275 Alexander St.

• The Cleveland Hill School Board meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the community room at 105 Mapleview Road.
