JAMESTOWN – A 46-year-old Jamestown man was arrested early Sunday for allegedly drunkenly driving along E. Second Street. on his motorcycle with no hands on the handle bar and swerving along the roadway.

State troopers pulled over Mark W. Frankson about 3:30 a.m. and took him to the Jamestown station where they confirmed he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 per cent, twice the state’s legal limit. Because of Frankson’s previous alcohol-related convictions and the fact that his driver’s license was revoked he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first-degree, illegally operating a vehicle without a court ordered interlock device and operating a motorcycle with no hands on the handlebar.
